These Employer Terms apply to organisations engaging Uniworld UK Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) for recruitment and staffing support.

  1. Our recruitment services

We provide professional recruitment solutions for UK employers — including support with specialist or hard-to-fill roles.
We may provide services including:

  • candidate sourcing
  • screening and shortlisting
  • interview coordination
  • recruitment administration support
  1. Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for:

  • interviewing and selection decisions
  • providing accurate job specifications and requirements
  • ensuring workplace health and safety
  • ensuring appropriate onboarding and supervision for successful candidates
  1. Right to Work and compliance

We may assist in recruitment-related checks; however, the employer remains responsible for confirming compliance with relevant employment laws, including Right to Work requirements.

  1. Candidate information

Candidate information is provided in good faith. Employers should satisfy themselves that a candidate is suitable for a role, including carrying out any checks required for their sector.

  1. Fees and agreements

Recruitment fees and service terms may be agreed separately in writing, including through a client agreement, service schedule or proposal.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to handle confidential information appropriately.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the recruitment process.
