These Candidate Terms apply to jobseekers and candidates who register with Uniworld UK Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and use our recruitment services.

  1. Registration and profile information

When you register with us, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information including your:

  • work history and qualifications
  • skills and experience
  • contact details

You must inform us if your information changes.

  1. Right to Work

You must have the legal Right to Work in the UK for roles where this is required. You may be asked to provide evidence of Right to Work before a placement is confirmed.

  1. Job opportunities and applications

We may introduce you to employers and opportunities based on your profile and suitability. We cannot guarantee:

  • that we will find you employment
  • that an employer will offer you a role
  • that you will be successful in an application
  1. Data handling

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with employers without a lawful basis and where appropriate consent.

  1. Candidate conduct

Candidates are expected to behave professionally throughout recruitment processes and communications with employers.

  1. Accuracy and verification

We may take steps to verify information you provide, including:

  • reference checks
  • qualification verification
  • identity checks
